Agreement Overview
This Event Participation Non-Refundable Policy Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all attendees, nominees, performers, artists, vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, advertisers, media partners, award recipients, guests, and any individual or entity purchasing products, services, participation opportunities, performance slots, sponsorships, vendor spaces, advertising packages, or event-related benefits from iGlobal Holding Group LLC, iGlobal Media Group LLC, iGlobal Radio, iGlobal Music Group, IGM Awards, and their affiliated companies (collectively referred to as "IGM").
By purchasing, registering, participating, attending, sponsoring, advertising, exhibiting, performing, or otherwise engaging in any IGM event, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made to IGM are final and non-refundable.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
General Admission Tickets
VIP Admission Tickets
Reserved Seating
Tables and Hospitality Packages
Sponsorship Packages
Advertising Packages
Vendor Booths
Exhibitor Spaces
Red Carpet Access
Award Nomination Fees
Artist Registration Fees
Performance Slots
Showcase Opportunities
Media Credentials
Promotional Packages
Digital Marketing Campaigns
Live Broadcast Opportunities
Event Production Services
Event Participation Fees
No refunds shall be granted for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel delays, personal emergencies, weather conditions, artist lineup changes, venue changes, program modifications, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with event attendance or exposure.
Performance Slot Agreement
All performance slots are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved in writing by authorized IGM management.
IGM reserves the exclusive right to determine artist placement, performance order, stage assignments, sound check schedules, performance duration, production requirements, and event programming.
Artists who fail to appear at their assigned performance time may forfeit their participation rights without compensation.
No refunds or credits shall be issued due to performance schedule changes, reduced performance times, technical difficulties, or artist cancellations after booking confirmation.
Vendor and Exhibitor Agreement
All vendor, exhibitor, and marketplace participation fees are non-refundable.
IGM reserves the right to assign, reassign, relocate, or modify vendor and exhibitor locations as necessary for operational, safety, production, or venue-related reasons.
Vendor fees will not be refunded due to attendance levels, weather conditions, sales performance, venue changes, or event scheduling modifications.
Sponsorship and Advertising Agreement
All sponsorship, advertising, branding, promotional, and marketing purchases are non-refundable once payment has been received and services have commenced.
Advertising and sponsorship opportunities are purchased for promotional exposure only and do not guarantee:
Attendance
Sales
Media Coverage
Audience Reach
Business Growth
Return on Investment (ROI)
Award Recognition
Event Postponement, Relocation, or Cancellation
IGM reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel any event when necessary.
In the event of postponement or rescheduling:
Registrations shall automatically transfer to the new date.
Performance slots shall automatically transfer to the new date.
Sponsorships shall remain in effect.
Vendor registrations shall remain valid.
No refunds shall be issued.
If an event is affected by circumstances beyond IGM's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, terrorism, civil unrest, venue issues, or other force majeure events, all payments shall remain non-refundable.
IGM may, at its sole discretion, offer credits toward future events.
Media Release and Rights Authorization
All participants grant IGM and its affiliates an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right and license to photograph, videotape, livestream, record, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, publish, edit, and otherwise use their:
Name
Voice
Image
Likeness
Performance
Biography
Business Name
Trademarks
Promotional Materials
Such use may occur in any media now known or later developed without additional notice, approval, compensation, or royalty payments.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Participants agree to contact IGM and attempt to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, banking dispute, or credit card dispute.
Any participant who initiates a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with IGM may be subject to:
Immediate suspension of services
Cancellation of event participation
Revocation of credentials or registrations
Collection proceedings
Recovery of attorney fees
Recovery of administrative costs
Recovery of collection expenses
IGM reserves all legal rights and remedies available under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGM, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, partners, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in any event.
The maximum liability of IGM shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law and Arbitration
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the States of Nevada and California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
Arbitration proceedings may be conducted in:
Clark County, Nevada
Los Angeles County, California
The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees, arbitration costs, court costs, and collection expenses to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Participation Acknowledgement
By purchasing tickets, vendor spaces, sponsorships, advertising packages, performance opportunities, award nominations, promotional services, or participating in any IGM event, the participant acknowledges and agrees that:
✓ They have read and understood this Agreement.
✓ All fees are non-refundable.
✓ Event dates, venues, schedules, and programming may change.
✓ Participation does not guarantee awards, media coverage, publicity, exposure, sales, or business opportunities.
✓ They consent to the Media Release and Rights Authorization provisions.
✓ They agree to the Payment Disputes, Governing Law, and Arbitration provisions contained herein.
